The Bobcats also participated in the Simi Valley Labor Day Invitational club soccer tournament, taking first place. The team won all four games it played in the tournament: 5-2 over SMU, 5-1 over Hollywood FC Black, 7-1 over FC Golden State Black and 3-1 over SMU.
The Bobcats' schedule can be viewed on their Facebook page. The team is coached by Andres Guzman and Jennifer Christoffersen.
The team also is looking for a sponsor. Interested parties should email menifeebobcats@gmail.com.
The Menifee Bobcats and other AYSO Region 820 teams will be in action at Menifee Valley Middle School and Bell Mountain Middle School each Saturday for the next few months.
