Melody Gonzalez scored two goals to spark the offense and goalkeeper Christina Rodriguez recorded a shutout Wednesday as the Paloma High School girls soccer team defeated Perris, 5-0.
Jackie Armijo, Chloe Atkins and Miriam Mota also scored goals for the Wildcats, who are 5-0-2 in Sunbelt League play and 14-2-5 overall.
Bailey Calhoun picked up two assists. Vanessa Banuelos and Lauren Perez also assisted on goals.
